The Aurora Public Schools Transportation Services Department will determine which students are eligible for transportation to their new school. Student eligibility for transportation is based on the Board of Education's policy on walking distance to schools, safety factors and circumstances related to the student's Individualized Education Plan (IEP). Under the policy, eligible students are automatically assigned the bus stop closest to their home address.

El Departamento de Servicios de Transporte del Distrito de las Escuelas Públicas de Aurora determinará qué estudiantes son elegibles para recibir transporte a su nueva escuela. La elegibilidad del estudiante para recibir transporte se basa en la política del Consejo Directivo de Educación sobre la distancia que se puede caminar a las escuelas, factores de seguridad y circunstancias relacionadas con el Plan de Educación Individualizado (IEP) del estudiante. Según la política, a los estudiantes elegibles se les asigna automáticamente la parada de autobús más cercana a su domicilio.

Transportation Services Department staff are working diligently to solidify bus stop and route information for the upcoming school year. Eligible students will be assigned a bus route and notified of their bus schedule information by June 30, 2026. We will send a notification via email and phone call to all eligible families once bus route information is finalized. The route information is also available in Infinite Campus under the student's profile, located in the Transportation tab. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to develop the safest and most efficient transportation bus routes for your student(s).

El personal del Departamento de Servicios de Transporte está trabajando con dedicación para finalizar la información sobre las paradas y rutas de autobús para el próximo año escolar. A los estudiantes elegibles se les asignará una ruta de autobús y se les notificará la información de su horario de autobús antes del 30 de junio de 2026. Enviaremos una notificación por correo electrónico y llamada telefónica a todas las familias elegibles una vez que se finalice la información de las rutas de autobús. La información de la ruta también está disponible en Infinite Campus bajo el perfil del estudiante, en la pestaña de Transporte. After-school transportation will be offered based on the district's available resources and the requests submitted by each school. Coal Creek and the Transportation Department will work together to review these needs and determine what services can be provided.
